In the early 70’s Cherie K. Thurlby was Graduating from Interior Design School at Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio & Tim P. Marshall was running a Family Furniture Business in Illinois. Since the Early 70’s Cherie’s Career has taken her through Home Furnishings, Custom Draperies, and Custom Flooring both in Ohio and Florida, working for National Companies and Large Chain Stores. Cherie Rounds Off Her Resume with Owning & Operating the Last 20 Years Her Own Design Company, CBF Designs here in Sarasota. Tim worked for National & International Companies in Sales Management of Territories throughout the United States & Consulting for Manufacturers and Retailers helping to Improve the Structure of the Companies in Sales and Operations. Cherie and Tim both are involved in the Interior Design Society and International Home Furnishings Reps Association, National and International Organizations that Play a Major part in guiding & shaping the Home Furnishings Industry.

Now some 40 years later this Team comes Together Recognizing the need for change in the Home Furnishings & Interior Design & Decorating Industry. Cherie and Tim are Committed to bring their Mid-West Work Ethics Together by forming a Union at “Innovative Design Solutions” and “Design Galleria of Sarasota” at 7422 South Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, Florida.
